As a project manager in a software company, my life is a Dilbert Cartoon at least once a week. I have to stand over peoople who are smarter than me and ask stupid questions or try and make them do things that make me look like an ass. However, I haven’t lost my conscience altoghther and I still feel like my moral compass is pointing south when I ask people to work the weekend or late into the night.
